Editing Item Reorder Points

Important: If the Min Max Values option is not being used by any site in the default division of the logged-in user, this tab is not visible at the Edit Item form.

A reorder point may be added, changed, or removed at the Reorder Points tab at the Edit Item form for that item. Click the Reorder Points tab to bring this portion of the Edit Item form to the front.

How to Add a Reorder Point to an Item

You are able to add a reorder point to an item from the Edit Item form. For more information on adding a reorder point, see "Reorder Points".

How to Edit a Site's Reorder Points

To edit a site's reorder points for an item, refer to the steps below.

1. To edit a site's reorder point, click the Edit icon for this site's reorder point.
2. The site's reorder point information is placed into Edit mode.

3. The Site, Min, Max, and Reorder fields become active and the information in these fields may be changed.

1. To change the Site, click the drop-down arrow in the Site field to view the site or sites that allow reorder points. Select the site from the list that appears.
2. Enter any change to the minimum quantity in the Min field.
3. Enter any change to the maximum quantity in the Max field.
4. Enter any change to the reorder quantity in the Reorder field.

4. Click the Save icon to the right to save any changes to this entry. (Click the Clear icon to discard any changes and return to the original record.)
5. The updates are saved to this reorder point.

How to Delete a Reorder Point

To remove a reorder point from an item, refer to the steps that follow.

1. To delete a reorder point for an item at the Edit Item form, click the Delete icon to the right of the entry.
2. Click OK at the warning prompt that appears.
3. The reorder point is deleted from the reorder point list at the Edit Item form.
